• Preparing proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets),
• Researching venues, suppliers and contractors,
• Managing and coordinating suppliers and all event logistics (catering, traveling),
• Managing all events planning, organising guest speakers contents and delegate,
• Interacting continuously with influencers and producing post-event evaluations to inform future events,
• Managing the process of  award applications and contents of the awards,
• Researching opportunities for new influencers and events,
• Analyzing the event’s success and prepare reports.
